We will come to your residence and spend 1 hour conducting an inspection of all visible pipes, fixtures, appliances, air conditioning and heating units. If the inspection doesn’t take the full hour then we can use the time as the homeowner chooses. We can repair most items that we find to be broken or operating improperly. Actual repair or rennovation of any home item will be charged at $60.00 per hour. Estimates for remodeling are free and will be good for 90 days. First monthly payment paid on agreement start date and then 30 days thereafter. 6 month minimum agreement. 12th. month free with 12 month agreement. Debit and credit card payments preferred.

    Monthly Services Fee

  • One visit every two weeks week $100.00
  • One visit every week $150.00
