We provide Handyman services – any thing that you want done. We will survey your request with you, suggest repair or maintenance items and complete the work. You can schedule us for one-time service or have us come back on a regular basis. If we anticipate it taking less than half a day we charge per hour. We can also give you fixed price bids if you require. Our hourly rate is $60.00 per hour, with a three hour minimum. If we have to go to Home Depot for supplies, we only charge $30.00 per hour plus 10% surcharge over the price of the supplies. Go on-line and schedule us today! We can schedule a monthly trip and spend as few as 3 hours per visit at a reduced monthly fee. For the scheduled service, the first monthly payment is paid on agreement start date and then 30 days thereafter. 6 month minimum agreement. 12th. month free with 12 month agreement.
